Airport pick up – Copenhagen Airport
The
driver will waiting in the arrivals hall in terminal 3 after Customs. The
driver will be holding a sign with the passengers name or the name of the party
arriving.
If
needed, the driver will be able to meet the passenger(s) in the baggage claim
area and assist with the luggage to the car. Please let us know in advance if
this service is needed.
Copenhagen
Concierges are monitoring the flights to secure that the drivers is informed of
any delays or changes in the arrival times.
Rates
confirmed are all inclusive and are only subject to change if the passenger spends
more than 1 hour getting from the flight to car.
Should
the unlikely happen that the passenger(s) cannot find the driver, please do not
hesitate to contact Copenhagen Concierges at telephone +45 27 57 60 27.
If
the driver has not made contact to the passenger(s) within 1 hour after the
flight has landed, the driver will leave the airport and the full amount will
be invoiced.
Changes and Cancellation Policy
In
case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure, the full amount
will be charged according to the confirmed price.
If
the car/bus is booked for more than 3 hours, only the first 3 hours will be
invoiced when the trip is cancelled within 48 hours prior to departure.
Changes
up to +/- 2 hours are allowed up to 12 hours prior to departure.
Night fee
A
night fee of 15% is added between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Wireless internet
3MB
wireless internet connection is available in the cars upon request. It is
possible to log on the wireless internet with up to 5 devices. This service is
free but needs to be booked in advance.
Smoking
All
cars are non-smoking
